Membership FAQ's

What are my member login details to renew my membership?

Your account details were sent to you from the Crusaders Club by email in the last week of September.  If you have misplaced these, click into the membership portal below, click ‘forgotten your password?’ and enter your email to receive a reset password link to the email you have linked to your account.  Once reset you will be able to log in to renew your membership.  Login here.

 

How do I make changes to my current seats or add seats?

As seat selector is available you can select alternate seats or additional seats through the membership portal from your account (subject to availability).  If making changes, once logged in, return to the home page and select the package and relevant seat(s).  Continue through to the confirmation page and make sure that you remove any seats that are no longer required from your basket before confirming payment details.  If you require assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact the Membership Team on (03) 421 7192 or email our friendly membership team.

 

How long have I got to renew my current member seats?

The renewal window for 2021 Season Members to renew their seats for the 2022 season is Monday 4th October through to midnight Tuesday 14th December.  At this point unless you have been in contact and requested that your seats remain on hold for longer, all held member seats will be released for public sale.

 

 

I need some help to renew my membership(s) what do I do?

Please contact the Crusaders Membership Team on (03) 421 7192 or email and we will be able to help process your membership for you.

 

My details have changed since purchasing my last membership, how do I update these?

Once you log into the membership portal you will reach a page where it asks you to review and update your contact details.  As well this option is available in the menu as long as you are logged into your account.  Alternatively you can call the Membership Team on (03) 421 7192 or email.

 

I opted for auto renewal on my membership, when will payment be taken from my account?

All payments for those that opted for auto renewal, will be processed on Monday 4th October 2022.

 

What payment options do I have available for purchasing my membership?

Through the membership portal you can pay in full or opt for a payment plan.  Visa, Mastercard and Amex are all available.  If you wish to pay by cash please contact the Membership Team on (03) 421 7192 or email to arrange payment.

How do I put different names on each membership card

If purchasing more than one membership, you have the option to add secondary member accounts and assign names to each membership in your order. You can use the same email address & contact details as the main account holder if you wish.

 

To create your secondary members accounts, please click ‘Add Secondary Account Member’ and enter the details in the required field for secondary member and click save.

 

Repeat this process for any additional memberships and click ‘continue’ when complete. Assign a name(s) against each membership package on the payment page by clicking the drop down menu beside each membership.

When will I receive my membership card?

You will receive your membership pack which includes your membership card(s) shortly after your purchase. There are a few days required to have your card personalised before we courier the pack out to you. 

 

Once you receive your pack, if there is an error on your membership card, please contact us on (03) 421 7192 or email for a replacement card. There may be a small cost.

 

If at any point you misplace your card, please contact us regarding a replacement. A $15 charge will apply.  If you realise this on a game day, please visit the Ticket Office and once confirming your details we will be able to provide you with paper tickets for that game.

Do I need a My Vaccine Pass to attend Crusaders home games this season?

At Crusaders our priority is keeping our staff, players, members, fans and community safe and we want to be able to connect with as many Crusaders fans as possible next season when the competition gets underway.

 

As per the Covid-19 Protection Framework, to allow Venues Ōtautahi to deliver events with no restrictions, they have implemented the requirement for vaccination certificates (My Vaccine Pass) as proof of full vaccination against Covid-19.

 

Proof of vaccination through the use of vaccination certificates will be required from anyone entering or visiting a Venues Ōtautahi venues which includes Crusaders home games at Orangetheory Stadium, and you will need to have your vaccination certificate sighted or scanned.

 

All of our fans are such an important part of our club, so we’re working on ways we can connect remotely and allow everyone to still be part of our team, even if they can’t be in the stadium. Who is eligible for a child membership?

  • Children over two years and 16 years and under (or still at school with ID) will require a child ticket.
  • Infant’s two years of age and under, attending on a parent's lap, do not require a ticket.

 Minors 14 years and younger should be accompanied by an adult (18years +)

 

Are there wheelchair/mobility access memberships?

Available in the front of the North Stand (uncovered) and priced in our Ma Pango Ma Whero Gold category, memberships can be purchased by contacting the Membership team on (03) 421 7192 or email.

 

Can I share my Crusaders Club Membership?

Yes, you can.  If you are unable to attend a game, we would love for family or friends to come along and support the team in your absence!

 

Are Carpark Passes available to purchase?

As a Full Season Member you will have a pass to our Member carpark included in your Membership pack. Please contact the Membership team on (03) 421 7192 if you require additional passes due to the size or location of your group.

 

As a Flexi Pass Member you have the opportunity to purchase a car park pass specific to those games you wish to attend as you purchase your membership through the portal

 

Are Potential Playoffs and Test Matches included in my membership?

These are not included in your Membership (the exception being our 203 Premium Members who have a potential playoff included), however as a Crusaders Club Member you will have a preferential window to purchase tickets to these events ahead of public sale.  Further details would be provided at these times.

 

 

Are Preseason Matches included in my membership?

  • As a Full Season Member your membership includes access to any preseason match. You will just need to present your membership card to gain entry.
  • As a Flexi Pass Member you have the option of purchasing to this event through the membership portal at the time of securing your membership. You will also have a preferential window to purchase tickets ahead of public sale if not through the portal when securing your membership

 

What areas are Take a Kid to Footy available in?  We have ‘Family Friendly - No Alcohol’ sections available in the west ends of the North and South Stands.  All child memberships receive a free goodie bag at all matches played at Christchurch Stadium.

 

What seats are covered? North Stand (except for front 5 rows) and South Stand (except for front 4 rows).

 

What seats are uncovered? East Stand (Copper), Wheelchair seating, North Stand front 5 rows, South Stand front 4 rows.

 

Stands and weather:

  • The North Stand is more protected from the Easterly.
  • The South Stand is more protected from the Southerly.
  • The East Stand is uncovered.
