A message for our Crusaders fans

To our Crusaders fans, 

From everyone at the club: players, coaches, team management and wider support staff, thank you. 

This season has been like no other in our history. It’s been a year of change, of growth, and of stepping into a new chapter together. We farewelled Apollo Projects Stadium, a place that holds so many special memories, and moved into our new home at One New Zealand Stadium. 

With that came new seats, new systems, new routines, and plenty of the unknown. But through it all, you were with us. 

We know it hasn’t always been seamless. Navigating digital tickets, finding your place in a brand-new stadium, and adjusting to a different match day experience takes patience. Your understanding, your support, and your willingness to embrace that change hasn’t gone unnoticed. It’s something we’re incredibly grateful for. 

What hasn’t changed is the heart of this club, and that starts with you. 

This year, 124,240 fans came through the gates across the season. We were backed by 5,790 members and 56 partners who stood alongside us every step of the way. Together, you created an atmosphere our players felt every time they ran out onto the field. You turned our new home into a fortress in its very first season and helped us sell it out week after week. 

And when it mattered most, you showed up. Selling out a Qualifying Final in just 20 minutes is no small feat. It speaks volumes about the passion and loyalty of this club. 

We’re also incredibly proud of what you’ve told us off the field – an NPS (Net Promoter Score) of +82 at the new stadium and 97% of fans wanting to return reflects something much deeper than results. It’s about connection, belonging, and being part of something bigger.  

That’s what being a Crusader is all about, and we simply couldn’t have done this season without you. 

Although the season didn’t end how we had hoped, it’s still a year we can all be incredibly proud of, and one that will go down in history. 

Thank you for standing with us, thank you for your patience, and most importantly, thank you for being our constant throughout a year full of change and challenge. 

We’re excited about what’s ahead, and we’re proud to have you with us on this journey.
